Furthermore, our family structures and demographics have changed over the last half-century but the type of housing provided has not reflected this shift. There is a need for homes that cater to the young first time buyer, the professional that needs to live close to work in the city and the retiree needing to be close to essential services.

Specialize in creating and examining various types of corporate contracts. Represent several businesses with yearly revenues above five million dollars. Specialize in civil defense litigation either representing small business or individuals.
Platon has litigated in Federal Court and has vast experience in maritime law, including shipping, vessel purchases and US Coast Guard issues. Extensive experience in Real Estate Law including litigation, Real estate closings, leases and landlord tenant disputes. Platon is full time professor of real estate law at the prestigious University of Miami and over the years has handled several mergers and acquisitions. He continues to serve as chief legal advisor to several real estate firms with federal and international presence across the Americas and Europe.

Emily Morgan is a seasoned real estate professional with over eight years of experience in construction, land development, and market site project delivery across the US and the Caribbean. She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism and has led the development of over 200 homes and numerous community-based projects.
Emily specializes in creating culturally-rooted, wellness-integrated spaces that merge real estate with hospitality, lifestyle, community and sports. Her strength is grounded in start-to-end planning, direct-to-consumer execution, and a deep commitment to building communities that are inclusive, important, and have long-term value.
Whether assisting public developers or leading projects as an owner’s rep, Emily brings clarity, creativity, and excellence to every stage of the process, from concept through completion.
